- In order to remove the Pizza oven a singles sided stud wall (gyprock) need to be removed - not reinstated, as well as the front counter needs to removed (pushed aside - not reinstated)
- The glass window will need to be removed and replaced at the purchasers expense
- The purchaser must arrange the removal by licensed trades people
- A refundable bond of $7,500 will be required before removal can commence
