- Stair Cases, Platforms, Walkways, Fasteners, Structural Fixtures (To Be Sold in Bulk Lots)
Auction Conditions
- Enclosed footwear must be worn. Persons under the age of 16 will not be allowed onsite.
- Any such contractors will wear at all times any prescribed safety equipment (PPE).
- Within 24 hours a $5,000 deposit must be received by MGS with full balance to be paid by no later than Friday 29th April 2016.
Removal and Loading
- Organised times will be allocated to each building for site delivery (This will keep loading costs to a minimum for each buyer).
- A selected approved vendor contractor will be available for quotation for both loading and/or transport.
- The buyer can utilise our selected transport contractors or provide their own subject to the conditions laid out by the crane contractor.
- All costs involved in the removal of assets are at the purchasers expense. All loading funds to be paid prior to loading of units.
- Loadout of 4 buildings per day (morning and afternoon time slots available) (with the exception of inclement weather).
Loading Costs - Churchill Rd North
- $1,650 will be invoiced to the purchaser per building to cover crane operator and rigger authorised by third party mining contractors, approved by vendor.
- This will be paid with invoice upon settlement.
Loading Dates are as follows
Week 1 - Tues 3rd May, Weds 4th May, Thurs 5th May
Week 2 - Tues 10th May, Wed 11th May, Thurs 12th May
Week 3 - Tues 17th May, Wed 18th May, Thurs 19th May, Fri 20th May
Week 4 - Tues 24th May
Transport Beams:
Sets of 5 will be available for sale at cost of $950 per set if required. Please allow at least 5 working days for delivery.
Salvage - Break Bulk Collection (Lots 50-126):
Collection available from Tuesday 26th April - Friday 29th April (times and loading costs TBA)
