This Auction will be conducted on the premises or via our online webcast bidding service.

Buyers Please note, all lots are to be removed by 4pm Friday the 16th of October (NO EXCEPTIONS)

The Auctioneers recommend all buyers inspect the lots prior to sale and if unable please make enquiries regarding removal of lots from the premises prior to bidding.

Disconnections required will need to be done by qualified trades persons. ie hard wired electrical.

MGS staff are able to assist but should not be relied upon as labour on site, buyers should arrange their own labour in conjunction with transport prior to collection.

All lots must be collected by the purchaser and or contactor from the Parade Address.

MGS staff will not be able to relocate equipment to our Auction premises.
