Auctioneers Notes. ( Please Read Carefully)
The lots will suit both public and wholesale buyers, inspection is recommended prior to the sale as the auction will be held in the warehouse not the show room and sold from the CTV screen.
All payments to be paid by the 21st of January, and removed by 24th of January, online bidders do not bid if you have no funds.
All payments to be made onsite or at our Auction Complex 370 Torrens Road Kilkenny.
Interstate & Country Buyers Please Take Note all stock to be removed by the close of business Monday the 24th of January 4pm.
All shop fittings to be removed on the 25th of January ( no exceptions )
Removal of lots is at the buyers cost
All lots are as described by the vendor and or agent, please inspect the day prior or morning of sale if unsure of description, qty's or quality.
This sale will be conducted both onsite traditionally and live online via our webcast.
All collections will be from the Norwood Address.
Collection times will be day of sale up till 4pm and the
following day as listed above.
A forklift will be available for the Pallet lots
Please bring cartons and packing crates for loose lots.
Opening times out of business hours will incur a opening fee.
MGS Staff are available to assist only when possible so please bring adequate labour to remove plant.
