Auctioneers Notes
This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence 5 days prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion, if negotiated prior for extra time a 20% deposit will be required at the completion of the sale.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
Its highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection as advertised.
Collection will start directly after the sale, all good must be paid for in full with clearance in MGS's account prior to collection.
Collections will be from 9am to 4pm each day. All lots must be removed by the close of business the 28th of September 4pm LATEST.
All lots are to be collected by the purchaser from the Brompton address.
MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.
There is minimal off street parking so please contact MGS about site access for collection.
