Auctioneers Notes (Please Read Carefully Prior to Bidding)

This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence prior to the sale.

Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion. 

Payment Facilities will only be available on site day of auction & during collection days. 

The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.

It is highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspection as advertised.

Collection will start directly after the sale, all good must be paid for in full with clearance in MGS's account prior to collection.

IMPORTANT

Collections are 9am till 4pm daily. Weekends Excluded.

All lots must be removed by the close of business Monday the 5th of February 3pm. No exceptions.   

A forklift will be onsite to assist with loading. 

All lots are to be collected by the purchaser from the Netley address.

MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.

The furniture and bric-a-brac items being offered for auction have been stored for many decades at Netley and are deemed to be surplus. The items have come from many government departments and while some may have come from a heritage building the items are Not heritage objects.
