Floor grinding and polishing machines. A large collection of vinyl and linoleum sheet flooring, full rolls, offcut rolls and remnants. Commercial wall vinyl, floor underlay and rubberised flooring. A large quantity of offcut carpet rolls and remnants. New stone look hybrid flooring. Carpet tiles, new, used and as new (previously laid). Flooring adhesives, sealants, edging, skirting and much more.


** TERMS AND CONDITIONS **

This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast and simultaneous online bidding.

A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply. Sale is GST inclusive.

INSPECTION - Morning of sale from 9:00 AM. Also by appointment.

PAYMENT - Within 24 hours of sale. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.

COLLECTION - Day of sale until 5.00pm then 9:00am - 4:00pm Friday 1st, Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th of March (ABSOLUTE LATEST). 

Alternative collection times strictly by prior arrangement. 

All collections are from our Auction Complex at 370 Torrens Road, Kilkenny SA, removal of lots is at the buyers cost. 

All payments must be finalised by 4:00 PM Friday 1st March. 

Items not collected by ABSOLUTE LATEST and without prior arrangement will be be stored at buyers own risk and subject to additional fees and charges.
