Auctioneers Notes (Please Read Carefully Prior to Bidding)
Time, Auction time is 11 am AEST, Victoria Time.
Sale Location, LangKoop is 35 km from Naracoorte SA on the SA/Vic Border.
This sale will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast which bidding online will commence prior to the sale.
Payment is to be made with in 24 hours of the sale completion
Payment facilities onsite directly after the sale or, via electronic transfer after 12 noon the following day.
The vendor and or auctioneer are not responsible for quantities, conditions or any stated comment about the plant to be sold.
It is highly recommended making contact with the auctioneer and attending the inspections as advertised.
Collection will start directly after the sale.
there will be a tractor to help load but it is recommended that buyers have trailers/ trucks with winches.
IMPORTANT
Collections are 9am till 4pm daily. Weekend by arrangement with owner.
All lots must be removed by the close of business Friday the 24th of May 4pm
All lots are to be collected by the purchaser from the Langkoop Victoria address.
MGS do not relocate any lots because the buyer can not attend the site.
