This auction will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast.
The property address will be published the day prior to the sale.
A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply. Sale is GST inclusive.
PAYMENT: Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.
payments will be taken onsite the day after only or at our auction rooms.
COLLECTION: Day of sale until 4pm & following day from 9am - 4pm.
It is the Buyers responsibility to disconnect & remove goods, all to be removed the following day, with exception of the Lathe and Mill.
All Goods Must be collected by 4pm Friday the 3rd of October, lathe and mill the following week.
