This auction will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply.
INSPECTION: Morning of sale 9am. Auctioneer recommends inspecting goods in person prior to bidding.
PAYMENT: Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.
COLLECTION: Day of sale until 4pm & following day from 9am to 4pm.
It is the buyers responsibility to organise licensed tradespersons to disconnect any hardwired equipment.
Restaurant has good access for loading via laneway. Free 2hr parking next door.
All Goods Must be collected by 4pm Friday March 6th.
