 - This will be both a traditional auction and live online via webcast to be held on Monday 27th April 2026 at 11.00am
 - Assets in this auction are subject to an insurance claim and deemed not fit for retail.
 - Any packaging may show signs of smoke, water, imperfections and/or damage.
 - No assets have been tested, the condition of the asset cannot be guaranteed and everything is sold 'As Is'.
 - No warranty or guarantee is provided on any assets from the manufacturer, retailer or auction company. Refunds or exchanges are not given.
 - Any RRP prices quoted have been provided by the retailer as at December 2025 and should be used as a guide only.
 - Inspection is available from 9.00am - 11.00am on the day of auction.
 - Collection times are Monday 27th April till 5pm, Tuesday 28th April 9am - 4pm (latest) (MGS are not open on the Weekends or Public Holidays) 
 - All payments and collections must be finalised by Tuesday 28th April 4pm.
 - For online credit card payments you'll be required to present your ID and credit card for verification.
 - All collections are from our Auction Complex at 370 Torrens Road (via Bollen St), Kilkenny SA.
 - Buyers can arrange shipping at their cost where items are already boxed. Handling Fees Apply. Collection times are flexible if you're arranging a courier to collect.
