- This will be both a traditional auction and live online via webcast to be held on Thursday 28th May 2026 at 11.00am
- Inspection is available from 9.00am on the day of auction.
- As per the conditions of sale. All lots are sold as they are.
- There is no warranty or guarantee on any item, description, parts, condition etc. Refunds or exchanges are not given.
- Buyers are required to arrange their own disconnections and removal where applicable and bring appropriate tools. (ie Integrated Appliances, Office Workstations, Wall Mount Screens etc)
- There is lift access available for assets located on Level 1 or via stairs.
- Collection times are Thursday 28th May till 4pm, Friday 29th May 9am - 4pm (latest) (Weekend Collection Available by Prior Arrangement Only)
- All payments and collections must be finalised by Friday 29th May 4pm (unless by prior arrangement)
- For online credit card payments you'll be required to present your ID and credit card for verification.
- All collections are from Ground Floor & Level 1, 101 Grenfell Steet, ADELAIDE SA
- There are NO packing options for this auction and NO lots will be relocated.
