This auction will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast.


BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyers premium of 16.5% will apply. Sale is GST Inclusive. 


INSPECTION: Day Prior or morning of sale from 9am. Auctioneer recommends inspecting goods in person prior to bidding. 


PAYMENT: Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours. 
COLLECTION: Day of sale until 4pm, Tuesday the 1st Wednesday the 2nd and Thursday the 3rd of December  

Notes


All machinery will be electrically disconnected by the vendor..  

A forklift will be onsite to assist with loading, note capacity 1500kg. 

Some machinery may exceed the weight limit, if so the buyer is to arrange lifting.

Timber Handling is the responsibility of the buyer to organise labour

All lots are located in Cheltenham SA
